Playing an Android Game on PC, How to do it?

Love it or hate it, mobile gaming has evolved to become one of the fastest-growing platforms in video games. The evolution of mobile games like Android, for example, goes hand in hand with the ever-evolving smartphone scene. The more powerful smartphones become, the better the games that become available in the free-to-play market.

As impressive as that may be, not all smartphones can keep up with most of the mobile games. For the most part, you need a powerful or the latest smartphone to play most of the latest games in the Play Store.

Meaning that if you do not have a powerful or expensive smartphone, you are left with lag-infested slow gaming experience. This is where the PC comes into play; to help you with the low-end smartphone dilemma. Playing android games on PC will not only enhance your gaming experience but will also allow you to enjoy games not compatible with your smartphone device.

So how do you play Android games on PC?

Playing Android games on PC is not that complicated. In fact, there are multiple ways to do it. One of which, is with third-party emulators like Bluestacks and Nox. This method requires the player to download a program file to the PC in order to play Android games. As easy as that may sound, there are disadvantages to using this method. One example is the authenticity of the emulator. There are hundreds of mobile game emulators out there; however, not all of them provide straightforward emulation.

Most third-party emulators come with unnecessary features that can sometimes affect your PC’s performance. This is why you must be careful in using this method. Another downside in using third-party emulators is that these apps consume most of your RAM, thus the term “RAM-Hungry apps.” Nevertheless, once you passed these obstacles, third party emulators can provide a decent gaming experience.

If third-party emulation is too much for your PC to take, you can try a new method out there if you want to play Android games on PC. Unlike third-party emulation, this new method employs the use of game launchers like the ones used in-browser games. This means that you need not download and install a third-party emulator when using this method. All you need to do is install a browser app (to gain access to the games list or Play Store) in order to get the full experience.

By full experience, we mean that the full game, yes the full mobile game. Game launchers like Games.LOL, for example, eliminates the hassle of installing an emulator that can slow down your PC. Instead, it uses a straightforward method that allows you to install full games straight to your PC with just a click of a button. The best part is that each mobile title featured on the launcher’s play store comes fully optimized for the PC. In other words, you will get to enjoy the entire mobile game in various screen resolutions. On top of that, you can also map your controller buttons like a normal PC game.

Mobile gaming is best played on mobile if you have a powerful device. Not to mention that constant gaming on our smartphones can greatly affect its performance. Playing mobile games on PC is a great alternative for those who want to use their phones other than gaming. With that said, it is important to choose the method you are most comfortable with when playing android games on PC; as this will greatly affect your gaming experience.

In a nutshell, if you are used to RAM-hungry third-party emulators and are comfortable with its performance, then, you can continue using that method. Nevertheless, if you want a new way or method that’s faster and more seamless than third-party emulation, then, feel free to try out and explore launcher sites and explore their huge collection of free games you can download for free straight to your PC.
